@Hildred Cicalese thank you :) this site is hosted by http://wordpress.com/ for free and you could just pick any template design they have for your blog and it's really up to you on how to use available widgets to design your blog..although there are instructions on how to use the widgets and once you have the templates, it will be easier to design your blog:)
